Canadian dollars, HST additional. Size means driveway width / garage lanes, not cars parked nose-to-tail.

Seasonal scope
Nov 15–Apr 15; approximately 5 cm / 2 inch trigger. Includes driveway, one normal front walkway, normal front entrance steps, driveway apron, and windrow/plow pile when present during scheduled service. No unlimited separate post-municipal-plow return unless written into the agreement.
4-car / oversized prices are starting estimates; property review is required before final contract acceptance. Estate driveways, private lanes, unusually long or steep driveways, multiple entrances, complex snow storage, and properties materially outside a normal subdivision layout require a custom owner-reviewed quote. Commercial parking lots, industrial properties, retail plazas, multi-unit properties and large commercial sidewalks remain custom quote.
