Custom quote for 3+ storeys, over approximately 250 linear ft, difficult access, extensive gutter guards, severe compacted debris, major downspout blockage, or unusual roof configuration. Standard tiers include hand/debris clearing, normal downspout flushing, bagging, and ground cleanup; no hourly labour is added. Starting pricing is for planning only. Final pricing is confirmed after JKRD reviews the property size, access, condition, timing, disposal needs, frequency, materials, equipment, and crew requirements.
